Completely predictable. The State Supreme Courts change the rules and there's nothing you can do about it.

Except get out and vote and tell them what you thing of their decision. No Torricelli, no Lautenberg, I don't care who they pick, no NJ Democrat is getting my vote.

By the way, lest anyone think I'm a raving conservative, I was a registered Democrat in PA.

At first I thought that it was right for them to put up another candidate.

But upon reflection I realized that this was a loosing candidate that decided to bow out. Democrats should have to pay for the wasted campaign adds by the republican foe.

It sets a great precident though. Now you can take a winning horse and save them for the most difficult spots. Wait untill final few polls and swap candidates for a shoe in. Example like clinton maybe. You can save clinton for the race that is in trouble. get a few of them and you can controll the government.

Use your week candidate and if the poll like them you keep them in place and save your aces for last minute pinch hitting.
