this is a small introduction in the Swiss law:
UT2k3 is not suitably under 18 years, right?
but in switzerland this (not suitably under 18 years) is just a recommendation!! so everyone can buy this game, (but i think if they see that this boy or girl is very young they wouldn't sell it )

so yesterday i bought UT2k3 and i'm just 15 years old!
and it's sooooo cool!!!!!

BTW in Germany it's harder, if i'm not 18 they don't give it to me (they want to see your identity card) or i can sue them if they sell it to me !!!

Werid Germans. It is not illegal for a 12 yo to buy UT in the US, but some stores won't do it based on policy.

The game has an ESRB rating of M, which means it's not suitable for people under 17.

I have yet to see a store that will turn away anybody with money in hand around here.
Heh heh, half the people working at the local EB are barely 17.

Here in the US, if it's in the store you can buy it, no matter what the law is. The law goes unenforcered.
