lol, I had this for a while and it drove me nuts! It was imperceivable to others but drove me mad. I tried to eat more bananas b/c muscle spasms are often caused by a lack of potassium in the diet. I am not sure if that is what helped, but they eventually went away. I can't say when or what caused it, but I would try to get some potassium into the diet and sleep, of course, never hurts.

Ive recieved on a monthly basis a dozen botox injections to prevent my eyes and lids from twitching for about 12 years now---it developed after I had surgery to relocate the muscles and nerves controlling both eyes, your symptoms may be temporary but if it continues or progresses think of seeing an opthomologist just in case...

Quote: Originally posted by zskillz ok.. ever since I moved to chicago, my lower right eyelid has been twitching... | Sounds like there may be a little stress associated with this move. If so, try to alleviate that.
Also try getting more sleep. Mine did that for a while after a bunch of late nights getting an average of 3 to 4 hours of sleep. |

I get that when I'm stressed and tired. Usually before big exams where I study late at night and don't get enough sleep.
Treatment: Get enough sleep, stay away from TV's and monitors for a while and also stay away from bright light, rest your eyes.

it is definitely driving me crazy. I probably don't get enough sleep, but I have been eating more bananas!... We'll see how long it lasts for, cause i would go nuts if it were permanent

Right eye means someones talking about you and if your left eye twitches, that means your in some sh*t and something bads gonna happen! Thats the superstitious bs I got when I was a kid hehe but yeah it does sound like stress to me, do you smoke or anything like that? Alot of these minor problems are caused by a lack of vitamin and nutrient intake, stress adds to it.. go take one of those one a day vitamins (for men I suppose?) and see if it will go away instead of trying medication first. Just remember to wipe ALL the foam off your face after shaving, I dont think the boss would like a twitching eye foamed mouth employee.

See a Doctor, ask him about blesphorism and bring a list of medications you are taking. Ask about appropriate chemistries.
Hopefully just a glitch in the system , an irritated superficial nerve...or such.
MegalosSkylaki
And drink V8.
