Kids Any vegetarians?

Just curious...since The Girlfriend©™ is a vegetarian, and I'm eating more and more vegetarian food. I'm not about to go fully veg tho, but just cut back on meat, especially beef and pork.

Anyone got any good recipies? We made vegetarian lasagna yesterday, it was really good.

Not to be snappy at you guys, but I don't really care if you can't live without meat. I was asking if there were any people on the forums who are vegetarians. Thank you.

I'm another that can't live w/o meat, however.. even though the crust is not an issue in a pizza.. one alternative an ex g/f of mine used to do is a *blech* eggplant pizza. Slices of eggplant was used as the crust.. so maybe y'all would be interested in something like that I'm sure Mr. Google can help ya out with the rest

i have a fantastic vegetarian recipe that basically all chinese people know (im not chinese)
FRIED RICE!

this will easily feed 2 normal size people, no fat people!
for those who don't know how to cook rice:
always use 2x as much water as you do rice so if you used 1 cup of rice, have 2 cups of water. heat it for 15 minutes at 60% heat on the stove then turn off the stove and let it sit for 15 minutes... about 5 minutes before the rice is completely done, beat a few eggs with a wisk or a fork then throw them into a wok at about 50%-60% heat on the stove. stir around lots and add some dehydrated onions as well as various hot sauces, i like garlic hot sauce myself. after it's been cooking for 5 minutes, the rice should be done so throw that in along with some Kikkoman soy sauce and stir it around lots. when the rice is almost cooked (sort of getting browned but not crisp) throw some frozen peas into the mix and stir it around lots. it should be about 1 mniute after adding the peas.

i love fried rice
i said Kikkoman because they make the absolute best soy sauce
