DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED(second offense)

Joe Blow, 49 of Nowhere, was arrested in the 700 block of
blah street.
The gray 2002 ford F-250 Blow was driving was stopped for striking an unattended vehicle.
Blows vehicle and the vehicle that was struck were hooked together, and Blow was dragging the vehicle northbound on blah street (emphasis added...)
The officers arrested blow for investigation of driving while intoxicated.
Glad to see the locals on top of things...
