is there a way to list all threads I'm participating in recently?

Click the search key in your post above and it will show all of the posts you have made in chronological order.

Um,...hello? You feeling ok Dave?

On the main forums page zskills, you'll see a link next to where is says "welcome back zskills" that is specifically for this purpose. It says "view my recent posts" and it does exactly what Dave just said you can also do in a search.

Not to brag or anything but it was a suggestion of mine.

Out-
I like your idea, but what is wrong with my suggestion? It's not outlandish or anything.

No it's not Dave. It's just that whole reason for the link was to make the process convenient and not so cumbersome, like either having to go to the search page and type in your name or locate one of your previous messages in order to hit the search button.

It just seemed to me that maybe you weren't aware of that link on the main forum page.

Ok. Yeah the link on the main page does the same thing. It is just a shortcut, if you are logged in.

It just depends where you are... if you're already in a thread you posted to, then Dave's suggestion is quicker than going back to the main page to click the "recent posts" link.

However, if you're just coming to the forums and the first thing you want to do is check for replies in threads you've posted to, then OuT's suggestion is quicker than first finding one of your own posts.

BUT... the quickest way to find your recent posts regardless of where you are, is to create a shortcut and put it in a Windows toolbar.

Hey now. How would you do that? Because I'd like to have that link on the TechIMO sidebar thing (that apparently on I use anymore ).
