Misc Hooray For Showers

Every morning, I begin my day with a shower. What a pleasure...the perfect way to wake up.

If there's some stress going on with me, I sometimes close my eyes and imagine that the water is a pretty blue color, and it's washing away the excess worries, leaving me to focus on what I can do to fix the REAL issues.

Today was a bodacious day for making sawdust, and the heat in my garage was 119 degrees...man, I was guzzling water like it was going out of style. Anyway, I knocked off awhile ago, and treated myself to a really COLD shower (which I normally hate). Cooled me down to a tolerable level, and left me far more "aromatically pleasant."

I've decided that showers are the whole point of civilization.

I used to think it was Martinis.

GAAAAH!!! Too funny... hey, OuT, I dunno if you are one of the 2 or 3 people here who actually reads "the Further Adventures of Harvey, P.I.", but Cadd actually wrote a scene where that happens. Martini showers.

And over 3,000 drunken little penguins!

that is NOT what I'm talking about, though...

Speaking of showers...

The folks that confuse me are the ones who get out of a shower nice and clean and then douse themselves with cologne. I know folks who you can smell from 30 feet. They should wear No Smoking signs around their necks.

ahhh the best thing is to go in with the shower on pretty warm water... and as you sit in there and soak slowly turning up the heat
By the time you finally walk out you can't see a thing cause of the fog, and the mirror is dripping with condensation... ahhhh those are the most relaxing!!!!
