I received a message to call Seagate today. "Why do I need to phone Seagate?" I asked myself.
I called them and it was about the drive give away/promotion/contest that was posted here some time ago.
They said that they received an overwhelming response to it and were just getting back to me. I got asked a few questions and they are going to put me into the final draw for the drive.
Wahoo..
If everything goes well I'll have a brand new Seagate drive to play with. I just wonder how many they are planning to give away?

I was trying to find the original thread but I came up empty. If anyone can find it I'd like to know how far back in time this was originally posted.
