Misc I need an Englishmen's help! (or Englishwomen's)

About ten years ago I regularly watched a British comedy that played late Sunday evenings on my local PBS station. The setting: a French town during the occupation of France by the Germanys. Each week the story generally revolved around a tavern that was the favorite watering hole for the local Nazi commanders while at the same time being used by the French resistance often to traffic downed RAF pilots back to England. I thoroughly enjoyed this show and have been beating my head against my desk trying to remember the title of the series.

Regards,
Zotz Mein

I thought about coming here first rather than searching myself and as usual the TechIMO crew comes through. Thanks for the link and YES that is the show.

I used to watch a show Called "The Bill" when I lived in Australia. Great show, but I can't seem to find it here even with satellite.

HI Wombat,

LIving in Hollywood means your out of touch with the old(read better) programs.

Is this the show you want?

Since its on the "thames tv channel" I have no idea as to how you can watch it unless it gets contracted on to BBC or PTV.
