Do you play with your mouse a lot?

I just looked at the bottom of my mouse. It's a Logitech optical wheelmouse. The teflon is worn off. The lettering is starting to wear off on the bottom. The little standoffs that the teflon nubs sat on are nearly worn off. The bottom is on its way to becoming a perfectly smooth, flat, highly polished surface. How're yours looking? Do you really spend that much time mousing? The letters on my keyboard are beginning to wear off too...

Edited for hunt and peck letter misplacement errors...

not here, keyboards wear out faster for me than mouse. My mouse is stationary and doesn't move. Im currently using a MS Intelmouse with the left thumb ball movement.

edit
I opted for stationary mouse cuz i hate fighting with the ones you have to phyically move. and also because i have limited desk space.

Good grief............ What do you use? Sandpaper instead of a mouse pad?

lol dont' ya hate htat when you hit submit but you THINK you hit stop fast enough to edit before hitting submit again

My old mouse, I got it with my Gateway P200... it survived the original diablo (MANY MANY clicks) and many other games and still works very well
I just recently changed over to a new mouse, only because I wanted the optical and the old didn't have a mousewheel

Hmm, I got the mouse as soon as it was available. Optical mouse technology got away from the old special grid mousepad and into the home/office user arena... Pretty old, I guess... If that's the question... It still works flawlessly, but something is rattling around inside of it...

I don't like my mice to have balls. Er, wait... You know what I mean...

Now everybody, in unison, flip you mice over... Do they have any wear? Did you check your ba... I mean spherical internal cursor locating devices?
