4 Years ago today.... (ok... 4 years ago yesterday...)
I messed up a perfectly good boyfriend/girlfriend relationship. I was at Applebee's with my girlfriend at the time, and had a couple of their perfect margaritas in me ( more like 5 ), we had talked about getting married before and one of us always chickened out for some reason. So again the subject came up. I asked, she said yes... So I called her bluff. I said if we were going to get married, we would have to go tonight to Las Vegas, regardless if our parent or friends would go. She said lets go. To make a long story short, My parents... didn't go. Her parents.... didn't go. Us.... hell ya we went, got there at like 5 in the morning, and were married by 3pm! And that was 4 years ago today.
For those of you that know us, know Sonia and I have been through allot. You would think that our parents would have been more supportive.
Our first child I was 13 she was 14
Our second I was 15 she was 16
Our third I was 20 she was 21
After all the drama and BS, we are still together! And figure this.... HAPPY!
I just thought that I would share that story with you guys. It always trip people out when they find out how old we are and that we have three kids.
To clear the record, I asked her on September 12 and we got married September 13.
So TODAY is my anniversary!
