Weight training and exercises

I have being a bit of weight training atm and am wondering if there are any good websites that show you different types of exercises and stretches for mostly upper body and workout routines.

The only thing I can add (as I don't know of any web resources) is that you should concentrate less on how much weight you're lifting than using the proper form for whatever exercise you're doing.

Doing that will minimize the risk of injury, and maximize every exercise you do.

I'll second Thud's point, don't worry about how much you lift, only how you are lifting it.
Also, try to work your entire body, not just your upper body. You need to balance your body.
Here are a couple of decent sites, some is good some is fluff ( I find a lot of that in weight training material):
http://www.cyberpump.com/index.shtml

http://www.drsquat.com

Start out pretty easy for the first couple of weeks atleast, just doing general exercises and focusing on the major muscle groups. Once you and your body are used to it you can push harder and go for more sets for each exercise, and possibly split up your routine to work longer on fewer muscle groups on different days. But the important thing starting out is slow, focused reps, fewer sets, working the major muscle groups.
I've been lifting weights for quite a while, if you have any questions let me know. Sorry I can't be of too much help right now, at work.
What are your goals? Fun, increase strength, increase size?
Newbie-wan is a good source for this info.

Here's my theory...
YOGA
Yep, when you lift you tear the muscle and break it down. It then rebuilds bigger. But the muscle wants to be tight and hard.
Yoga, does just the opposite. It gently stretches the muscle and makes it more ply-able..

I think all lifters should do yoga, to avoid injury and have healthier muscles.

(yes I lifted for a few years )
