they have a section in the forum about steroids as well, some of it is just fascinating to read about
it's a great place to find information about any body building stuff.

Those exercise balls are good because you can do some good stretches on them. |

ROFL, you're joking right? those balls suck. (they just suck, they don't suck balls )
just get an exercise machine and do hard core weight training, if you can do more than 10 reps then the weight is too light.

Hard core weight training on an exercise machine...hmm, seems ironic to me!
NOTE: If you can do more than 10 reps on your LAST set, the weight is too light...your last set should be difficult and you honestly shouldn't be able to pump 10 out without really pushing.

lol @ mart
remember
protein = build muscle
sugars/starches = energy (so you don't fee lethargic or low-gee(phonetic spelling))
meats and beans are great sources or protein. pasta and rice are excellent sources of sugar.
if you are not actually planning to go through with weight training, don't bother with too much starch because you'll just turn into a blob.

I stayed away from all pasta, way too many carbs...I did eat rice, but only the white stuff...not much though. I have to admit to taking Hydroxycut, hey...it worked for me!
I could post a pic of me after only 2 months of training, but some might find it "oh sure Martoch, keep those pics to youself"ish.
LOL!
I've got great muscle potential/memory. (thanks Dad!)
Anyhoo, drink water all day long my friend...when you feel hungry, grab some fruit or a protein shake instead of a brownie/cookie/candy bar. It's VERY hard at first, but once you start to feel better/more energy...you won't even want junk food any more.

the thing holding me back is that i don't eat enough, i love playing games so i never really get to working out that much or eating...i'm lucky if i eat even 3 meals a day. today i had 1 slice of toast for breakfast with 2 cups of coffee (oh man i make good coffee WHICH DEHYDRATES YOU), for lunch i had a super burito from Taco Time but usualy i don't even have a lunch (i'm so lazy), i didn't have any food at home until about 8PM when i had 1 package of chinese noodles and that's all. i'm not even hungry though, my metabolism is so brutaly slow (from being lazy) that i don't even need to eat. after working out though, i tend to have stuff very high in sugar such as chocolate cookies....i thrive on sugars, if i went on that Atkins thing i would probably pass out and never wake up again....
i'm not fat btw, i'm actually very small.
