do you consider yourself good looking?

now be honest, do you think you are actually attractive looking? this has nothing to do with a self esteem survey.

In all honestly, I consider myself a very good looking person...only because of what I've been told over the years. I'm not being cocky either, just truthful...I still get comments to this day. Even my guy friends call me "pretty boy" & "babyface".

Thank you Mom & Dad!

Only problem is my son is cuter! I used to get hit on/flirted with at the mall, now he gets all the attention!

Check out my pics in the gallery to see for yourself! Damn he's a good looking kid!

saving my pennies so i can buy one of those machines to do situps on, you put it at a huge slant it works your muscles a lot harder but you get a headache if you stay on it too long

You're joking about the machine right? I'm pretty much always in good shape and usually (depends on the season) have a firm 6-pack. The only "machine" you need is the Ab Wheel , it sells for about $5 at wal-mart. You'll get a total upper body workout and killer abs if you stick with it. All of your other abdominal workouts can be done without the use of expensive machinery as well. Remember though, proper diet, and cardio workouts are essential for those abs to shine through!
(sorry, I realize this isn't a fitness thread...I just hate seeing people waste $$$ on the fancy, unnecessary equipment)

i think they cost like 40 canadian dollars but the difference is big, and you can add freeweights and it actually helps. when you are on the ground flat, adding a free weight (the kind you put on a bar), the weight resists not very much because half the time, your body is angled with the weight not on your chest. when you are at an angle, the weight is always on your chest/abs and you're always having to work them a lot harder.

i'll look for a pic of it.

Just use the decline bench with weight on your chest, or held out in front of you...unless you have absolutely no gyms anywhere near ya! I wouldn't even consider putting weight on my chest while doing flat crunches.
