I need to make a card with all of the common airport security personnel languages that state:

"I want to talk to an English speaking supervisor immediately"

The last time I got pretty hot and almost got into trouble. She could say a phrase or two, but could not answer since that takes language skills.

Where do I start looking...?

I'd go there and have that phrase translated into what languages you need. One you should have for sure is the one of where your air carrier is based... so for Air France get a French Translation as well as your destinations... I figure the rough translation should get you close enough to what you want even if it makes no sense... good luck
