stress relef
What do you usually do for stress relef, I think I am going mental ATM, I have a big project I have to hand in tomorrow and I have had a mental block all day. I tried getting drunk before but this did not work (only had 1/2 a bottle of wine), ried going to sleep before hopping that when I woke up all would be good, Now I am just sitting here wide awake feeling sad and I think my head is going to explode. In the meantime I have the thought of having to get this project in tomorrow (pass/ fail situation) and I cant think straight |

take a piece of chalk/ crayon/ marker/ whatever, and draw a circle about 4 feet up from the floor. Place a hand on each side of the circle, about shoulders width apart. Stare at hte circle, and BANG YOUR HEAD IN IT!!
Feel Better
I thought a chuckle might help

Use your imagination. Place a vision of how good it will be before your eyes. Study it closely. Determine how to make it happen. Determine what to do first.
Do it.

Hard physical exercise does it for me. Relieves stress, gives you energy and boosts those endorphins
* Course, now that I look at your posting time, you're prolly asleep and my suggestion is moot Good luck on your project today

Nothing, but nothing, beats a good $10 cigar and cold German Beer for stress relief.
Nothing even comes close.
Nothing.
At the risk of repeating, Nothing.
