CE, I was just in the readingroom
this morning looking through a mag I picked up at wal-mart, titled America remembers, and I had seen all the media coverage, and been through a hundered sites on it, watched video clips, pics, you name it over that last year. But this mag had them in order, first to last,sorted by time, and the mag is large, 11x17. Never before had I seen it like I did this morning. People looking out the windows of the WTC, while the floors below are burning,knowing there is no escape. I don't think it's a good thing America foget so soon, nor should we ever take our freedom so lightly.
We have for too long, thought ,we are impurvious to outside forces, it's impossible for anyone or thing to topple this great country. But in just a few short hours,buy just a handful of men, we were brought to a very sobering realization.
this country isn't immortal, and we are can be violated, but we also know we can bounce back, and we can survive.I for one don't want to forget, I will always remember. And I think any American should feel the same IMO
