My brother lived in LA (North Hollywood). He lived through the riots and the crack wars but the last earthquake sent him packing.

hmm I didn't feel it.. perhaps 'cos I was asleep and it wasn't strong enough here to shake me awake.

I was listening to my CD-player while falling asleep, suddenly my bed jumped, I thought that it might be someone like my brother who bumped into my bed. But then the shaking lasted for 2 or 3 more seconds and I heard my PC rocking on the desk. I ripped the hp out of my ears and ran for the doorway. This is actually the first earthquake that I didn't sleep through since I moved to cali.
