Usually a good show---see the rockstars OUT of their element presenting...
Plus all the live performances...

POD was nominated for 6 and didn't win any

It's all voting anyway so all the Eminem yuppies were madly clicking away

I watched the whole thing.

GZ - you could never watch the channel and hate all the shows on MTV but tune in for the awards...it's all about music and their usually are some good performances...do you listen to music?

I never watch MTV but I do watch the VMA's just like I never watch a football game but watch the Superbowl, or a baseball game but watch the World Series, anyone watch the Indy 500 but no other races? How bout Wimbledons finals or the Emmys, Oscars or Grammys?

Yup, I most excited when I saw that

I can't believe Jimmy Eat World was even in the same category!?!?! I mean, their song is ok and the words are great but best rock video? Along with Korn, POD, Linkin Park and others? YEAH RIGHT..lol

Oh, and wth was up with the lighting filter they used on the show?? It wasn't nearly as bright and actually made me feel like it was pre-recorded, as silly as that sounds. Just a completely different feelings than usual...

I do listen to music. GOOD music. not that crap they play on MTV. i haven't watched MTV in forever and i wish personally i could block the damn channel cause i hate even skimming over it for fear of losing more brain cells with whatever crappy MTV program they have

I used to watch MTV all the time, PFtt do they even play videos anymore
