...at 4:00 today, I go to close escrow on a new (used) house. Then the pain starts...

Painting...
Carpeting...
Landscaping...
Concrete work...
Utilities...
Cables...
Antennas...
Lotsa little misc. junk...

Then packing...
Moving...
Unpacking...
Setting up...

Cleaning up the old house...
Patching...
Repairing...
Re-painting...
And selling it...

Sheeesh...this is gonna drag out to two maybe three months

So...if my attendance here is a bit "spotty" not to worry.
I ain't broke my back...
I'm contracting all the heavy stuff out.
But someone has to bulldog it all....

Good luck with all that Cadd. Doing a renovation (read rip entire house off foundation and block basement and start over) this fall myself. Not even my house either.

I'm sure you'll get plenty of TechIMO time at work (assuming you're not taking vacation). Not to mention fun times with the evil freecell secretary.

Good luck cadd....my dad has been doing that stuff with our house for some time...one project at a time. First project was scraping/painting the house, then it was changing the former 2 family house into a single family...that was quite the project

Have uhh fun...it's quite rewarding in teh end.
