HEY! Stop reading this with the mouse hover & click on the damn thread!!! Woohoo! Two tickets to go see Mr. Show
live!
Don't worry if you've never heard of
Mr. Show, that just means you're a normal, average person in our society...probably with normal, average, mainstream taste in entertainment. That's nothing to be ashamed of. Heck if nothing else it makes it super easy to gift shop for you.

But, should you be intrigued by the underground counter-culture of cutting edge comedy then you can't go wrong with Bob Odenkirk and David Cross, and their creation, Mr. Show.
And you don't even have to wait for them to bring the live show to you, you can experience the first two seasons of
Mr. Show on DVD. There's
people talking about Mr. Show everywhere
you look. Like
here and
here.
And even though I consider this stuff amongst the best comedy material I've ever seen, I just cannot describe it to you. Describing Mr. Show to someone who hasn't seen it is an impossible task. And you won't have any idea what I mean by that until you see it for yourself. So live on the edge a little and check it out. And if by some quirk of fate you don't like it...then don't fret, there's always Everyone Loves Raymond.
I'll leave it at this:
- Mr. Show is to America
- what Monty Python is to England
- & what The Kids in the Hall are to Canada
-
