Were can i find a good music downloading thiing so i can make LAGITIMATE BACK UP COPY'S of some CD's. I have already tried some like morphious and Kaza but aparently they are both crap and have virus's and stuff????? sny one know any others??????

If you're gonna make legit backupcopies you don't need a program to download mp3's. You need a program to copy your CD's.

Why would you need to download any songs if your intent is to make legitimate copies of your CD's?

A good, free program for copying disks is CloneCD.

goldpag, you are not clear. What exactly do you want to do? Seems you're not looking for Kazaa/Morpheus type of program because you don't like them. These are the most popular peer to peer file sharing utilities.

Do you want to copy your CD? Then use cloneCD or any software that came with the writer you have. They all work well in making exact copies of CDs. Unless the CD has protection in which case cloneCD is probably the best.

To copy your own CDs (back up or otherwise) I'd recommend EAC (Exact Audio Copy). It's freeware and it is quite simply the best. Not necessarily the fastest, but the best for digital audio extraction.

Now if what you really want to do is download music, then just say you want to download music. I'm sure we can offer help in that area too but I don't think many are keen on trying to decipher unclear or intentionally vague messages.

Yes KaZaA and Morpheous have viruses, but so do all the others. Is anyone niave enough to think that people only use one peer2peer client? Scan everything before you open it, even mp3's.
