That's some new mutant form of EULA...
Wonder if it applies in reverse (reverse the user and company names)...
Now that thier lawyers are all on the floor laughing...
Seriously though, that 'agreement' sucks. It basically states that you give them the right to use your name for anything, sue you for any ideas you ever try to patent, and leaves you no legal defense.
Is that legal???

And CE, no worse than M$ EULA's being INSIDE the box as pointed out by caddmannq (not sure if it was here or at mntsnow's site).
