ATTN pulp fiction fans, what is the bible passage that julius uses before he kills?

You know how julius always says something like "and I will strike down upon thee with great vengence, those that attempt to poison their brothers".....something like that anyhow.....

What passage is that?

He says it's Ezekiel(sp?) 25:17, but that isnt what it actually all is, just the last part.

here:25:17 And I will execute great vengeance upon them with furious
rebukes; and they shall know that I [am] the LORD, when I shall
lay my vengeance upon them.
