Turned out just as the IMCLONE scandal was breaking, she and her cohorts unloaded tens of millions in her own company thinking the negative publicity will definitely have adverse effects on Martha Stewart Enterprises.
So now, one of her shareholders has filed a suit against her alledging this action of hers drove down the prices further.
