That's not good. Nice guy, too, great rider, good sports presenter as well despite the funny pommy accent.

Throat and stomach cancer. That don't sound too good at all. Wish him the best, an add him to my prayers.

Man, it's wierd... I mean more that I think about it, lots of people I know of/ know, are getting cancer, it's really scary... I wonder what the ratio is for people to get it? like 1:10 ?

In Australia, I think they spout the figure that 1 in 4 people will know someone close who develops cancer. Not sure what that relates to in the number of people that GET cancer, but it's stickle sobering.
