Interesting, TKOP. I run a site, but it's a "business promotion" site, as opposed to a "information and opinion" site.
But, I'll throw this in (on the "con" side): I see the Internet as every bit as viable a communication medium as newspapers, radio, television, etc.
If someone posts false and damaging stuff about me, I expect to be able to serve them with a "cease and desist" order. Whether it be the previously mentioned media, and the Internet, as well!

From my first glance at this site, it appears to me that the attitude is, "We can say anything we like, (under first amendment protection) on the 'net, and we should be
protected, WHAH!!
So I'm like, HUH?
