I have for years. Good stuff, very handy.
BUT, some banks have much better software than others. If you are thinking about it, check out a few sites.
(I've banked on line with 5 different banks over the last 5 years)
Ive been using F+M's online service for alittle over a year, I havnt been to the bank in that long---only to make deposits at the walk up---works GREAT!
Yeah, I do. I download statements for my three credit cards (two of them directly through Quicken's Online Banking feature, the third as a download from a website that lets me then load directly into Quicken). I also have access to my checking and money-market savings accounts through another web site. I use that primarily for transfers. I prefer not to make payments online (don't ask me why; I haven't got a good answer).
It took some convincing for my wife to agree to do online banking. Now she loves it, mainly because I do everything now. We're with a small bank, not sure if that makes us more secure or more vulnerable.
As Internet explorers SSL support is currently broken & no patch has been released, to the best of my knowledge, I would think twice about using it for internet banking. However in general I find internet banking to be very convinient.
