Surreal your cow is WAY too funky for country anyway...what is that dance anyway, the 90-step?

I think we should have had some sort of reality competition where people vote on the best music, and then whoever suggested the worst song gets booted off of the contest via online voting. And if you want to take it a step further, we could always have a public execution after the person is booted off.

I can see it now... "Surreal's Song Choice 2002." .. "A SurEaL Entertainment Production." "Premieres at 9/8 Central, only on FOX!" hmm.... Surreal Entertainment. That's actually an excellent name for an entertainment company. Wow.

Just an idea. *shrug*

Good Lord, I can't believe I left out Junior Brown. I have a CD of his called Junior High. He's kinda like Ernest Tubb on crack.

If you're downloading them, give "Highway Patrol" and "My Wife Thinks You're Dead" a whirl. Maybe not exactly what you're looking for, but the guy is phenominal. He's a great guitarist, too. Plays a custom made guitar than he can flip up and play like a lap-steel. He wails.

Damn, now I gotta run downstairs and dig out that CD.

P.S. If you've never heard it, as a bluegrass fan, you should check out a song called "Ruby Are You Mad at Your Man" by the Osborne Brothers. Highly entertaining.

Thud, peelin' taters is pretty good too, along with guitsteel blues.
By looking at him, you would think Junior brown is some kind of bumpkin, but man can he WAIL on his "invention"

Surreal, check out the Mavericks, a good song is "All you ever do is bring me down"
