What's yer favorite amusement park?
Well, OK, 6-Flags. Haven't been in years (somewhere around 5 I think)
I hope it rains, because the lines disappear (and I'm gonna get soaked at the Hurrican Harbor part anywho). Just thought I would post something a little more relaxing that all the stressful topics that seem to be going around (3-stike felons, kid-murderers, baseball strikes, religion, politics...).
If only I could find a ride that made me sick, then I could ride until I puked! And most of the coasters there have been built since my last visit, so it's pretty much a completely new park since my last time (Six Flags, St. Louis, of course).
I'm not looking forward to the food prices, though...gonna take $100 extra dough just to be sure me and me girl don't go hungry (and I gotta win her something).
Ya know what, I'm gonna throw in a poll, too. What is your favorite amusement park? There's only 10 options, so that means 9 parks and an other, since there's way more than 10 parks out there!

Heh, I made it so you could check them all, thinking I could undo it after I checked out how that would work exactly...
DOH!
Well, I haven't been to but a few of those, but I definately wanna go to Cedar Point before I'm too old for rollercoasters. I'd like to see Knott's Snoopy Land, as a rollercoaster INSIDE a mall just sounds kewl. Anybody know where that rollercoaster on top of a skyscraper is? I HAVE to ride that one, too.

Had to go with other, since I have only gone to a few.
Hereshey park is ok
but
Dorney park and Wild Water Kingdom beat it hands down.
Not sure if Dorney still can lay claim to it or not, but the last time I was there they had the tallest fastest rollercoaster on the east coast. It was the Steel Force, 204 ft tall and about 70mph ( I think ) no loops or corkscrews just fast and furious.

Above All The Rest! Millennium Force, the most recent entry in Cedar Point's roller coaster arsenal, debuted in May of 2000 as the tallest and fastest roller coaster in the universe. Standing a breathtaking 310 feet into the air, this "giga-coaster" takes thrill-seekers on an incredible 93-mph journey along 6,595 feet of track that winds its way through the center of the park, crosses a lagoon and dives onto an island.
