I found several sites. Fingers and I have started looking at plans too.. I had no idea there would be so much on line.

Well, there's heaps of the stuff -- try these and try searching for "free house plans" on google, etc.
Of course house plans can be a good guide, but I'd always recommend you use an architect once you know what kind of house you want. (I trained as an architect so I've got to say that... )
