Sales of the vehicles are strictly regulated by the State Department.

I suppose IF it somehow got over here there might be trouble...but uhh I think it'd be easier and CHEAPER to plant a bomb somewhere or use a sniper rifle to take out a target rather than do this James Bond jobby **rollseyes**
