gamespot was wrongly labeled for spyware.

i tjust came to my attention that this article wrongly accused gamespot of adding spyware to their download accelerator. i found this somewhat hard to believe, since CNET is a respectable company, so i did some investingating.

this article used some "quotes" from the EUL to back up their claims. so i went through and read the kontiki (the company that produced gamespots download manager) EUL, Terms of Use, and Acceptible Use policy and could not find these quotes. am i blind?

maybe i've missed something, but this is a blatant case of slander against a reputable company. what are your thoughts.

(btw i tried to download something and didn't even need to install the download manager).
