Saw it once before on a diff forum, really funny stuff. Makes me wish I had a camera when I caught my neibour going thru my trash, would have been a great picture to post with this thread.

first off, i dont live in a neighborhood where all the houses are identical "good housekeeping" wannabees.
BUT.....i live 3 blocks to the beach, and my house values
are WAY higher than yours.
If.....i had a neighbor who was constantly calling code enforcement, etc., on me, and taking pictures of me without approval, i would sue for harassment. that is the legal step
i would take. i would also do whatever was necessary
within and without the law to end the harassment.

most of these whinny complaints are purely esthetic. doesnt the
webmaster have something better to do than spy on
and complain about his neighbors???
BUT....i dont live in a neighborhood of identical pretty
houses. We try to leave or neighbors alone to do
wtf they want to. Compare our mentality where the average house prices are $300k, with the mentality where the average house
prices are much much lower, and you will understand the difference between upper and lower class. And i dont
mean the neighbor, i mean the snoop. His behavior wouldnt be tolerated here.

however, i dont like noisy parties at 3 a.m. either and am quick to
act to stop them, as Mr. Snoop correctly did.

I don't think anyone wants to live next somewhere that looks like that. Regardless of class or property value or proximity to the beach.
