....talking about a year or so worth of data gathering.....
....when the guy explained about how my 2 storm doors were defective and tole me to trave 30 mins to Lowe's......
....and my call to Home Depot's Customer Care Office.... She could not believe that they tole us to go to Lowes. I have all original documents. All I wanted is to return and get new.
...And the story ends on a beautiful key, (with only an extra C-note to HD) with me being the proud owner of 2 BEAUTIFUL storm doors.
...My faith in my local Home Depot is restored, thankfully! So now, next spring I can with a clear concious spend lots of cash on the beautiful annual plants.......
