Uh, that was pretty thick there Van.
Now, on to the policies:
I have had an employer like that before. I just let it let him keep getting more outta me for nothing until one day I realized how bad it had gotten. That was my last day there.

Did he actually say anyting to u about it?..it not, then dotn worry about. he probably didnt have a prob with it. I would care if my employees did that as long as the parts were already open and they were off the clock.

I'd look around for different employment. People like that arn't worth the aggravation.
I've used company resources before - sometimes with approval, sometimes without .. I've never given it a 2nd thought, and I doubt my boss would either.

first part, were you working when flashing the bios's? if you were on break i don't think it would be a problem. but if you were on the clock i do see a problem
i see another one has bit the dust
another down, another down, another one bites the dust. hateful comments and thanks to the mods for getting rid of the ignorant person
