Need Your Prayers
My mom has been having trouble keeping food down for a couple of months. My sister and I finally convinced her to see her doctor last week and her doctor set up an appointment with a specialist to use an endoscope to check her stomach out. She has a huge ulcer and was very dehydrated. Apparently her problems were a little worse than she let on.
The doctor checked her into the hospital. She is hooked up to IVs for the dehydration and they are pumping her stomach to get the excess acid out. The ulcer is so bad that they are going to operate next Wednesday or Thursday, depending on how she is doing, and remove that part of her stomach.
I'll probably be pretty scarce the next few days and I would appreciate it if you would all keep my mom in your thoughts and prayers.
Thanks,
Germ

Germ, thankfully, its treatable and though its rough, it'll turn out fine for your mom.

What they said, Germ.
Also, try and take good care of yourself, and try to get enough sleep, okay?
You're no good for her if you're dead on your feet, buddy. |

I'll pray for your mum, Germ.
I also second Knot's comment - make sure you look after yourself so you can be there for her when she gets home.
Cheers

Hey Germ, looks like the prayer machine is picking up the pace once more! Follow Knot's advice...get some sleep and be good & strong for your Mom. We'll take care of the prayers, you take care of her!
Mike
