A while ago I defended a dad that forgot his kid in a car.

Well I do not defend this woman at all.

with 90°F+ temperatures she decided that she would go work on the navy base because she could not find a sitter. She left the 11 month old in the car. This is no simple mistake. She chose to leave the kid in a boiling hot car. Well the results were predictable.

There is a big difference between a horrible mistake and this woman deciding to leave here kid in this car.

The results are the same but the ignorance is several orders of magnitude worse.

WHAT?!??? Was she planning to work a full 8 hour shift... 4? or was it just a I gotta go in for 10 min type of thing that got extended? There is no excuse you're right... just curious... how long was this poor kid left in the car?

apparently only for a paltry 4 hours at Mid 80°F to 90°F when she noticed a problem.

You must understand the heat index was only about 105°

She did check on the 11 month old occasionally though like a good mom.
