Music Help....

This ones for you techno guys...and gals

I have been expanding my musical ear to Techno music but in a certain type of techno...

Here is a link to a clip, mods of a song by DJ Kaycee called Escape 2000...

Anyone else listen to this type???

It seems like they come up with a new "subgenre" of techno every other week, but I think the style of that clip is probably closest to "trance" or "house" music. I can't think of any specific performers, but that might help you search out some similar music.

Hmm... you might try Paul Okenfold. DJ Keyoki (sp?) is also similar, but a little more, uhhh...spastic.

Do you have Kazaa? I can't remember hardly any stinkin' techno artist names. When I do get a techo cd (rather than compile it myself from downloads), they're always compilations. My advices is to download from Kazaa like a madman, and go from there.

And man, you gotta love a T? connection. I'm not sure the number, as most of the time, it paces at 144K [T1], but I think that's just the suppliers' limits, as I've had it up to 288K...isn't that a T2? Snagged that file in less than 10 seconds!
