Stupidist mistake
What is the supidist thing you have done witha pc?

One stupid thing i did was i formatted my 30 gig which had windows and all my data instead of my new blank 80gig.(I should have realized when it said i only had 30 gig on hda.

I put a brand new GeForce 2 GTS (over a $200 card at the time) int he freezer to help me get the HS off. I wanted to replace it with a copper HS/ fan I had gotten. This was done during the summer in Charleston, SC. Needless to say the thing was dripping with condensation when I took it out. The card didn't work for some odd reason after this. Not sure exactly why....

I NEVER lived this one down at work. i had the Mac IT guy dogging me daily!

On a running machine I fumbledropped a slotcover screw I was adding onto the back of a VooDoo3k videocard---saw a cool spark with the aftereffects being a dead VD...

i had just had my wisom teeth out and was a little groggy, but i bought a couple of case fans for my pc. i was still groggy when i was installing them and i couldnt find any screws, so i started using a coat hanger and rapping it around a piece of the case to hold the fan in place and i bumped my hard drive, of course being half drugged i hadnt shut the machine off first, ZAP grounded the hard drive to the case. D'OH!

nothin to bad...

troubleshooting why my hard drive wouldn't get detected at all... after 45 minutes I plugged the power into it and it worked fine!! DOH!!
