Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
For the past month, using the mouse is giving me serious pain. I've read up on the symptomes and it seems I have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

Can anyone point me to some good websites with cures for this kinda thing.

I'll be buying a new mouse pad and maybe a new keyboard to help a bit.

Anymore suggestions?

Switch to a trackball and get a pillow for the underarm of about one inch thick. Keep the wrist free from any support. That's all you need
