Anyone know why my "docked" option is greyed out?

I tried OuT, but I dont have any webspace to host it and an attachment has to be less than 100k ... I couldnt' compress it that low as a jpg and make it worth even seeing

For me, the option to have a docked sidebar is greyed out if you turn off the "open all windows in opera space" option.

Hey, look at that. It even formats the spacing correctly, just like Mozilla....and unlike IE. I think it's obvious which of the three browsers is the inferior.
