Aim is being stupid

Stupid AIM wont let me register a screen name. It keeps telling me "cant process your registration, try again later". I've been trying to register for about a half hour now. It's starting to make me mad lol.

well...have you tried a different browser? also try clearing your cookies, cache, history, etc... that might help you to get through. otherwise i'd just try tomorrow.

sorry, what is aim????????? maybe it has a limit on how many times you can register from one ip address or somthin. what bout you name that you are trying to use, try changing it

actually goldpag, you may be onto something cause i remember once i signed onto aim itself like 10 times or so within an hour and it wouldn't let me sign in again, said i had to wait 24hours. don't know if it applies to signing up though since this was through the actual program

yea i know that Utopia wont let you create an acount from the same ip address for atleast an hour or somthin

How about trying a diff IM like mIRC or something? At least you'll be able to message then!

Umm mIRC isn't really IM that's IRC. IM is direct person to person chatting whereas IRC allows a group to chat and requires a middle server (yeah yeah IM requires a server too but that's not the point ) lol
