C'mon red, you're ultimate now, better thread titles....
Anyway, I voted Yes. Disney has the right to educate kids about legalities of file sharing. They need to know about that as well as drugs. Regardless of what we think, the legalities are what is set by the courts.
IMO
Cheers

Well, the show is trying to teach that stealing music is wrong. The youth of today (and the adults...) are practicing theft every time they DL music that they do not own. It is wrong, even though the music business is one of the biggest theives around (cd/tape price fixing and other shady deals) The old adage that two wrongs don't make a right is not getting across here.
I don't agree that mp3's is really hurting the music industry all that much. I think it is their bad practice and the lack of decent music (so many cds have one good track and so many bands are made up with the video and marketing in mind instead of the music). I mean, if marketing was the whole idea, Mick Jagger and Steven Tyler (two lead singers of super-groups) would NEVER have made it!
I think the principle behind not stealing music is one that should be taught. I don't think we should buy more cds though.... (I hate what the music biz execs have done) PS- I am in strong agreement with the above stated idea that a better title should have been used. |

I wasn't saying that (illegal) file sharing is good. But I do agree with Wart, Disney is too serious.
P.S. I improved, I didn't spell out the title Okay, next time I use a better title...too bad you can't rename titles. MAYBE, just MAYBE that will be inplamented in the next ubb version. I hope someone 'important' heard that
