no one is online.. so i am going to rant here
[rant]
i get contact lenses.. i have worn them like 3 years..
since we moved to denver, EVERY time i get new ones.. they are wrong.. and it takes them months to get it right.
i assume there is just an order form you fill out, so why is it so hard to get it right?
when i use two pairs of trial lenses, two diff companies, and all but 1 lense, the 2nd pair left, is a factory defect, i.e. damaged. and i finally get my 6 month set.. it should be the right one..
i know nothing about contact lense measurements.. but it shouldnt be hard to copy numbers from a sheet the doctor makes.. or even from the trial lense package.
i have two different prescriptions. for each eye. this may make it harder.. but it shouldnt be
that hard..
6 months of my left eye are $20
but 6 months of my right eye are
$60
since my right eye takes a toric lense for a stigmatism
for $60, you want it to be right.. why should i have to suffer extreme eye pain, from a lense being the wrong size.. and do it for months..
they even label which eye the lenses are for wrong
my
RIGHT eye is a toric, and i get them, and there is a big "L" sticker on there.. geez...
maybe its an aurora thing.. since there was never this problem in littleton.. two years or so, two different places, first here was a pearl vision, and the second was a place at jc penny.. so i know its not just me..
