My NEW Avatar--thanks to Knothead & CrystalDragon!

What do you guys think? I love it!
I'm a Telephone Systems Technician...so my avatar is showing me installing a line protector on the nearest telephone pole (common in my field)...well I was a little tired that morning and wasn't watching what I was doing...ZAP!!!

Special thanks to Knothead and CrystalDragon for their awesome work!

Mike

BTW, I've shocked myself more times than I can count...the worst one I've had at work was when I touched the leads of a CM-8 (no need to explain it, it's about 220V) with snips (scissors) in my hand...my arm jerked back so fast that I launched the snips straight through the drywall behind me! Oopsies...

I once had a motorcycle with an electronic Thyristor Ignition, it used "surface gap" spark plugs. One night, I was fooling with it, trying to solve a problem of irregular ignition firing.

So to find out which one was being "lazy", I took one of the three plugs out, connected it to the cap, and cranked the engine and grounded the tip to the cylender head...

ZAP! I woke up about 10 feet away. Gave me an insight into the nature of your avatar.

And I am even paranoid about plugging-in to a wall socket to this day!

Thanks! It still makes me laugh when I see it...unlike that "other" avatar I was using.

EDIT: LOL Todd, I'm glad to see that I'm not alone! Have you tried shooting lightning bolts from your fingertips yet? Hey, it works in the movies!
So THAT'S what happened to him, I knew he couldn't have been so naturally strange!

Excellent. My thoughts- if the last scene kinda burnt you up - like in cartoons - turn into a black skeleton (smokin') - it may be more fun.

Excellent though. The one this replaced sucked. Big time. What was it? A zombie? MJ?

LOL! But....no...

Wanna hear another one? When I was just a wee little guy (3 or so,) I saw my Dad put the little key in the little slot ( the ignition of the car,) and make this wonderful effect with it (vroom, vroom! )

Later, I toddled over to him and asked for his keys. He gave them to me, and I strode, a boy on a mission, straight to the electrical outlet in the living room.

THAT'S what happened!
