not only is my DSL down, but a few minutes ago my kitchen was attacked by ants. I tried to squash a few of them on the shelf, and there was nail that I didn't know about, well, that thing went right underneath my right thumbnail. NOw my right thumb is hurting and I can barely type

Good thing there weren't cockroaches (the type that fly).

Or Pterodactyls. Boy, I hate it when that happens.

Oh yeah Knot! Nothing worse than opening the cupord door and smack! You get hammered by a frightened Pterodactyl right in the forehead!!

Hope your thumbs better and you are able to set up a line of defence LNF

Hee hee nothing funnier than when one of those flying roaches the size of your thumb lands in the mashed potatoes! They can't get lift to escape ... wearing tiny concrete boots.

sorry to hear about the ants.. those things suck.. craw over just about everything and are hard to get rid of..

spray's don't do it.. powder works so-so..
one thing that works REAL GOOD is this certain type of poison

it comes out like a clear blue liquid.. maybe a tad thicker than water..

anyway the ants love that stuff.. they will all suck it down like it was sugar.. they eat it for a while.. then about a day or two later they will all be gone.. used it quite a few times.. if you have a LOT of ants it takes a day or two.. but if just a few they will probably be gone same day...

it doesn't kill them on the spot.. so there is no clean up either
well not as much.... they walk back to their nest and die pretty much

try orchard supply.. comes in a little plastic bottle..

Best way to control cockroaches: put steel wool in places they can enter-drains...very effective. Nothing else works against them.

Except thwacking them with shoes.

i hate bugs in general... very few that I like (or will put up with)
be nice to have an r2-d2 sized robot that goes around all day and his only job is to kill bugs with a little electro zapper or swatter or something

Talk about a bad day...I reached into my wallet today after eating lunch at my favorite restaurant and all I had was $100's!!! They don't accept anything over $50...geesh, sucks to be me right?
