I think he got off light. He conspired against our nation and is a treasonous pig. He conspired to kill American troops and befriended his nation's enemy. While he has the freedom to talk to whom he wishes, his nationality can be revoked for being our enemy and he should have been cast out of America (after his long prison term here).
