We are in no position to defend against this. With open boarders and neighbors who will not help increase our security.

We have not put troops on the boarder to resist extra-national entry points.

Our only hope is that they are still stupid enough to follow traceable patterns for pre-emptive strikes. As long as they do not congregate we have no target to retaliate against so this time we do not have a terrorist strong hold to blow the hell out of.

We need several more attacks before the US is ready to do what is required. We need a strong immigration and visitor policy. We need our neighbors to do the same. Or we need to deploy troops on the weak points.

Sea patrols extending out 500 miles atlantic and pacific. With coast guard interception un identified international shipping.

Screening of harbor shipping passangers and cargo workers.

Even this is not a panacea but a risk reducing action.

Bull crap, we know where they are. They are in Iraq and Iran, and many other middle east countires. We will not go after them for the sake of the world's thoughts.

We know that there are thousands of Al-Queda already in our country, but to question them, or profile for them is some how unconstitutional.

For the ones that are not in our country, as Epidemic has already pointed out, it is nothing for them to gain access.

I only hope it will not take that many more attacks on us before people will relize that we may have to hurt someone's feelings in order to protect ourselves.

Unfortuntely, it's only a matter of time before 9/11 will look like child's play.
