This tribal culture is so derranged as to punish people not even involved in the crime. Leaving the "Criminal" un touched.

Muslims out there, I am confused about the cast system. I thought that in the eyes of the muslim faith all are considered equal. Would this not be a crime against the virtue statutes of these virtuous counties. The on lookers have broken the laws of the muslim faith haven't they?
